By submitting a device, you confirm that:
You are the owner of the device, or
You have legal permission to authorise repairs.
We are not liable for data loss during the repair process. Customers are strongly advised to back up all data before submitting devices

5. Repair Warranty
All laptop, desktop, and printer repairs come with a service warranty.
Warranty includes:

Failure to provide passwords may limit our ability to diagnose or repair software-related issues.
